Google Maps is a reliable resource.  Turn onto 9th street from US Highway 2 and follow 9th street through the city center.  Turn left down the alley (before the 4-story yellow condo building) prior to reaching Main street at the end of the block.  The parking area and entrance to the Suites on Main will be the second property on your right after turning down the alley.
