The Alley House, located in Leavenworth, is a blissfully peaceful guest house detached from the main residence. This quiet retreat is surrounded by trees and just steps away from the Wenatchee river. A convenient 2 block walk to the heart of town makes this location ideal for parking, access to festivals, river play, trail walks, and the downtown shops. This is an ideal four season getaway for your outdoor adventures, weekend events, or as a relaxing retreat.
You really can have it all...location, quality, and amenities. This cozy yet spacious studio suite is furnished with a queen sized bed, a twin roll-away bed, and a conversation area. Dine out with a short walk to town or cook in with full kitchen amenities including a glass-top electric range, microwave, and under counter fridge and freezer. It is equipped with basic dishes and cookware, a toaster, small coffee pot and coffee. Off street parking is available near the entrance.
The guest suite is located above a detached garage and requires the use of a full flight of stairs to access the studio. Guests will have access to convenient off-street parking.
The owners of the property live in the adjacent house. We are available for as much or as little interaction as guests choose.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00. The door to the guest suite will be unlocked when you arrive and a key left on the table upstairs for you to use when you're out and about.
Directions: To access the guest suite, drive ALL the way to the end of 12th street toward the red house (the community garden will be on your right) and turn left down the alley. Our detached garage is the second property on the left, painted in dark colors. You are welcome to park in the back alley in front of the fenced garden space or in the driveway of our house off of Commercial St. If you park off the alley please be sure to not block our garage doors.
The entrance to the unit is the first door (closest to the alley) on the far side of the garage building.
